Delivery Schedule
We offer next day delivery on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Please note that we do not deliver on Wednesdays or public holidays.

Refund Eligibility
Freshness Guarantee: If you receive ground meat or fresh products that are not up to your expected standards of freshness, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require details and, if possible, photographs of the product in question.
Ground Meat Specifics: Ground meat is especially sensitive and prone to spoilage. If you find any issues with the quality or freshness of your ground meat, such as a dark sports, bad smell when cooked, it is imperative to contact us within 24 hours. This often indicates improper handling during delivery. Providing detailed information and photographs will help us address your concerns swiftly.
Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. We will ask for photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your refund or replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of Mind: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind after receiving ground meat or fresh products.
Improper Storage: Refunds will not be provided for products that have been improperly stored after delivery, leading to spoilage or degradation of quality.
Cancellation
11pm cut-off for cancellation of orders. Our produce is perishable, cancellation after the said cut-off is not allowed, as we already allocated and prepared them intended for your order.
In case of cancelled orders with prepayments online, we will send the refund in 24 - 48hrs less the charges if applied.
